I agree. why would a victim of SA or rape come out on twitter and not take legal action? I get lawyers aren't cheap but if you want to prove someone guilty going to court is a surefire way make it happen.
Because SA/rape is basically impossible to prove unless they were recording it or they took a rape kit. But if those things happened, flor would've been in jail by now. Court of public opinion is basically the only avenue they have to do anything.
