I don't see any of the #1 seeds in the swiss stage, does that mean they get a free pass into the playoffs like last year? Would also be cool to have them pick the teams they wanna face again too like last year's Shanghai

yeah #1 seeds go directly into playoffs, however, I'm concerned on how this negatively affects those teams. last year in shanghai, the highest a #1 seed got was 4th
PRX threw with picking G2, that's why. EDG was really shaky and had role issues at the time. And FNC had no choice but to face Gen.G so yeah it wasn't all too shocking
