I would start with the coach, not necessarily his fault but it's the easiest way to get a change of dynamic. Also I thought they signed him to manage the group because strategically they're not very good, and that's clearly not working either so what is he really doing.
And then in the actual roster no fucking clue, it's seems like an internal issue so it's hard to guess from the outside
