Most likely before Toronto but pros will play on the pre tejo nerf patch. This is just speculation but highly likely
it would be disastrous to have masters toronto in post-nerf. all the teams have to change up their comps and even after that they will not be tested so they wouldn't know whats good or whats bad. its like 90% that they play on pre-nerf tejo.
they did the same thing last year with the skye nerf just before the session started
during toronto, the patch will be in effect from map 3 and on of the lower finals
