He's not really a flashy player tbh, I think that's why people are saying this. Duelists like zmjjkk and jawgemo play like crackheads while Aspas has a very passive playstyle especially on defense where he sometimes vanishes

He also has a different team with a different playstyle now, so less focus on him compared to his time on LEV
