LOL
yep, that is crazy carelessness from a fucking 20 year old, this guy is crazy
no discipline no clear work ethic
WOOOOOOW
im not having a player like this on my team, youre getting paid to play
some professionalism!
and he kept leaving that gap on his wall in multiple rounds. I even jumped into a custom server to see how hard it is to make a gapless Viper wall, and it was actually hard to make one with a gap💀
which kinda proves there is a line up (although it's shit...), since it was also the same gap in the wall every time no?
just unacceptable coaching. This should not be possible
-immi is long overdue, especially now that Bonkar is on the market
people are blaming v1c mostly which is weird- although he probably should've checked it in customs, I think the brunt of the blame lies on the coaching staff for not realizing in scrims that it left a gap
but its crazy how he hasnt spotted this after playing viper alot in scrims and maybe ranked
he does play a part in this, but it's so missable from his end- minimap doesn't show the gap, his teammates dying through the wall can be explained by spam
if he doesn't know, he can't fix it, which is the coach's job: to point out errors players are blind to and fix them. this wall is clearly a lineup, too, because of how the gap is the same every time the round starts when C9 is on attack
so in this case, yes, v1c probably should have checked it in customs before using it, but this is still largely the coach's fault as this is so fixable from not v1c's pov (v1c will practically NEVER see the other side of the wall, as he's playing viper and will avoid taking extra risks like pushing snowman after plant).
if coaching staff gave v1c this lineup, it's even more so their fault, but I'm not gonna assume anything here
I am very biased though cause I'm a C9 defender and this match hurt.
I mean its not hard to get it right even by winging it. If you have any playtime on the agent smh
No I mean the people at cloud 9 nobody felt like calling a pause because it was suspicious they were being spammed by yay a lot also in scrims nobody felt like highlighting this (part of why I think scrims are useless to an extent) actually incompetent people 💀
I cba to go check, but they 100% saw the gap, it's not like it was a tiny sliver that is hard to spot. The fact that he didn't just start moving his mouse slightly to the left for the wall lineup is crazy.
has to have a lineup that is just wrong, there is no way it would be the exact same gap everytime unless he was doing the same lineup
Does the wall even need a precise lineup for it just look at the minimap and ensure you block the areas needed I don't get why v1c even needs the lineup to begin with
sometimes it leaves a gap if u just wing it, that's why having a line up is better.
it will leave a gap in tower or below by the zipline too if u dont have lineup
there were a lot of times wehre he had the gap, but i think atleast one kill was from pistol round
a pistol round, an ot round and 1 other round. i remember that they got a kill on 3 different occasions lol
That was for sure a line up no matter how botched it was… he was replicating the same gap….
Also on the 3rd round that Oxy won for them there was a moment he for sure spotted the gap idk maybe he called it out or he was too locked in and didn’t see it…
Like they went b with that wall, it was clearly visible from the other side that the wall didn’t reach n had a gap
VLR debating about firing someone because of a bad viper wall. they didn't got eliminated for that, they just played badly.
It wasn't just the viper wall that eliminated them but that shit definitely deserves a change in how C9 valorant is being operated because clearly something is wrong
That definitely got them eliminated lmao yay got many first bloods through that gap and I don't need to explain how important that was considering they had to make OT to win. But it's something very easy to fix, and firing him for it is just dumb
see its just a reminder that you need to really be committed. Think about it this way, in a real job environment if someone makes an error in an investors presentation and that error becomes a factor for the company losing out on a deal, im sorry but youre outta there as soon as possible. Sure some might say that having a normal 9-5 is different from an esports career but I respectfully disagree, youre paid to play the game, play it like its life or death
