Different regions, different casters, different ideals. Both players are not comparable. Also, Governer has never been a good player, he has always been below average. On the other hand, Patwho has shown signs of brilliance and is now in a slump. It makes sense for casters to talk more about the player with loads of potential, rather than a below par player who will always be below par.
