Honestly, fuck every single org and VCT themselves for not taking responsibility and implementing psychologists back then. Whenever tragedy happens in football, autosport, or any other sport for that matter, there are mechanisms implemented immediately so that the situation doesn't repeat itself.
It's so sad to see riot not utilize the Twisten Foundation more. It would be the best way to honour Twisten, by preventing others from suffering the same fate
Till now I have see. 1 or2 organization have a physiology coach till now but many team don't give a shit about it still

She probably does work with their valorant roster, but she travels with the cs roster, and given that they have a stretch of events of Australia-Kazakhstan-US-US to end the season, I doubt she will even care about the VCT

I feel like sport psychologists are the most obvious investment in a sport where everyone is like an 18-20 year old child who is more likely than not emotionally immature. I don't know a single person in this age bracket (myself included) who has it all sorted out in life. And that's for those of us who are in normal stress environments like college. These guys are training 24/7 and playing games in front of millions of fans who might throw hate if they lose, with little job security if they don't play well

before Astralis hired a psychologist, they were average/mid and after hiring that person specializing in psychology, they won 4 majors for 2-3 years.
