bro this isn't some cope, in cs and valorant if damage is done in the round it won't be chronobreaked, it's been that way for years 😭

Apeks must have overridden the decision and allowed the round to be reset.

I was reading the top 2 rules, but i didn't know about the bottom rule.
Also an example would be Boostio's mouse disconnecting. Even though they won the round, they wouldn't be able to reset bc damage had been done. Even if they lost.

I got cooked, thought C9 was an example cause no damage was done in that round and was reset but I guess that's only half of the rule.
Still doesn't take away from the fact most other games have come to the conclusion that is the best way to navigate the situation.
No everybody wins situation regardless which sucks

edit: gamebreaking bugs are an exemption i've learnt
