It took Ethan two seasons to get to this level as a caller. Igls are hard to find. Cutting boaster would almost guarantee short term failure, long term success isn't guaranteed either.

The lineup they have now is great, not too many upgrades really possible imo. Tex is the one everyone thinks should be replaced but unless we're talking bout less coming in idk if its worth it.
