Harbor

  • Cascade (E): Can now be used as an iPad ability where you can draw your wall smoke on the map to place it, it would have a certain amount of fuel. Slows enemies but not teammates. Once you close the iPad, it goes on a cooldown of 20 seconds before you can use it again.
  • Cove (Q): Smoke will stay up for longer after broken, blocks abilities while fortified.
  • High Tide (C): Slows enemies but not teammates.
  • Reckoning (X): Increase from 7 to 8 points

Skye
- Guiding Light (E): From 2 charges to 1 charge, regenerates every 40 seconds

  • Seekers (X): Now tracks all enemies instead of just 3

Chamber

  • Trademark (E): From 1 charge to 2 charges

New sentinel agent with an ability like Jaeger's Active Defense System from Rainbow 6 Siege, you get 2 of them but once they destroy a piece of utility, they deactivate for 10s

I approve of the chamber change.

not so much of the skye change. you're trying to utterly kill an already out of meta agent.

Yeah, I thought making it rechargeable would give her more value but now that I think of it more it doesn't seem as good of an idea lol

Skye change is bad, would more than likely take her further out of the meta than she already is, which is an insane amount. - You changed it, W.

Rest of these changes seem good, especially the harbor change.

Id love those harbor ipad changes, its so disgusting to fuck my positioning/spacing to throw the cascade

Yeah that's my main issue with it, the ipad gives Harbor the opportunity to play away from the pack

skye changes still keep her weaker in both ini departments (info or flash) but the harbor and chamber changes are good. I think chamber's tp should also go back to having a 45 sec cooldown when the anchor is broken instead of losing the tp for the rest of the round entirely.

Yeah I agree, I think Skye's in a weird spot where you have to be really careful because one small buff could make her OP and one small nerf would kill her pick rate

we dont need more ipads its removes skill expression, the other harbor changes are nice, and the chamber one is cool too

I don’t think it takes too much skill to place the harbor wall how it is now. I think the issue is that he is the only controller where enemies can see where you are by tracking the wall back to where it originated (besides Viper but it’s different because she has to pre-place her wall). I think being able to place his wall no matter where he is on the map would give players a reason to use him over smokes like Omen and Astra where your smokes are basically global and you don’t have to reveal your position when you smoke. Having push wall ability remain unchanged allows him to also be able play with the pack on certain rounds.

I don't like the iPad change because it lowers the skill cap and takes away harbours identity a lot. He's meant to be with the team, and id rather see him buffed to match that (removing slow for allies, maybe slower for enemies or something to punish swinging) than to make him another brimstone/tejo. Everybody hates tejo salvos, I don't want f them

Don't give Harbor an ipad. Completely ruins his design.

He legit just needs:
-Walls don't slow team-mates
-high tide duration increase (15s --> 18s) range increased (50m --> 65m)
-cascade duration increase (7s --> 9s)
-Cove health increase (500 --> 800)
-ultimate pulses increase (3 ---> 4) cost increased (7 --> 8)

If a character's entire kit is smokes, his smokes should feel good.
