So last year i think about december i did a similar post and id like to compare my progress and i need some help.
Bench 75kg (+10kg from december)
Bicep curls 1 arm 15kg (+5kg from december)
Squats- i dont 1 rep max on them anymore
Deadlift 160kg (dont remeber from december)
Im 14 years old and 72kg body weight
Im happy i got that body weight bench and i can see more muscle mass around my body what i need help/tips with is my split. I had a really cooked split before but now Ive switched to PPL where i do
Day 1 chest+tricep+shoulders
Day 2 back+bicep+forearms
Day 3 legs+core
Day 4 rest
Repeat
And now i do 1 max 2 sets until absolute failure and after each workout it do minimum of 20min of incline treadmill is there anything i should change?
