Why Apeks decided to pick Haven over Pearl is mindboggling to me because they have proven before that they have a competent Pearl but a pretty bad Haven. Already knowing Navi have a solid Haven and picking that into them is ridiculous. No amount of Individual talent will help you win a 3 site map.
