i think she spent a lifetimes worth miracles making Dia 1 look good everything else is just the potter difference
she just doesn't wanna win anymore is kinda sad i know it's her thing to work with underdogs but it's just never going to happen again this way
I don't know if that's her thing, she's just working with the players EG got. She can't get new players herself lol.
but she could go to a better team who could give her a better team. she has the market and had offers. but she chose to renew her contract last year
i mean being a coach is easily the riskiest job they get dropped like flies she has a good thing going at EG being coach she probably doesnt get a split for winnings since eg is so broke so no incentive
if she does bad it is excepted if she does well she is a goat it is a good spot to be in and she probably has a good salary being there only good asset
yeah i understand because in her age she needs some stability. but franchise reevaluation is coming. will EG still be at franchising in some years, either by their or riot choice? if not, will she have a market by then if she keeps making bad years after 2023? idk just think she should've explored her options more this year to keep being relevant
i mean look at the loud coaches and all the other coaches from preVCT they still find homes even tho there success was pre franchising they still get respect cause there experience makes them more valuable potter will get this treatment most of all cause she is EASILY the most respected coach of vct by a landslide and who ever the new teams are there won't be better option then potter is just as simple as that she also hasnt been dropped by any team so her track record is still clean no drama etc etc]
dont get me wrong i want her to take a spot on a team like NRG,SEN and create a dynasty it would be so fucking cool to see what she does with goated players like imagine she has SEN money she would go stupid
truth: potter is overrated, is she a bad coach? no, she's really one of the best coaches in the scene, but she had 5 players in their prime (jawgemo still), she's a great coach but nothing much special
EG 2023 is a great team but it was lightning in a bottle. it will just never happen again
She made those players look good. Before that year, they weren't that well known. People were asking for roster changes after lock-in
They're just struggling with fundamentals. Like everyone else minus Cyro. Cyro knows what I know. I wonder if shares or if he holds on to it :)

most of the players have high peaks but their average game is uninspiring as fuck
