AG is an org that historically goes really deep in talent scouting in other games, so that's probably what they've been doing in the meantime between 2024 and now. Explains why some of these players came out of absolutely nowhere and the bowels of tier 2
so this is pretty much just a massive academy in t1 which when the players get good is gonna get poached so hard by other teams
AG is rumored to have spitfires and bunt on the market

Yes and no
Spitfire is crazy against lower level teams but fails to act up against better teams
inconsistent depending on the competition and he plays duelist and that conflicts with K1ra and deLb's roles, if I had to guess the reason. they tried to put him on other roles but it was abysmal
nah they're actually pretty self-centered in their efforts and do a pretty good job at keeping the talent they home grow that's worthwhile (they have money). whether or not they do that in valorant is another matter T_T
I mean yeah no shit it's a very high risk mostly low reward policy. it's the reason I'm a fan though since they always strike gold eventually. give them time and they'll randomly have a contender roster lmfaooooo
