Trace should be hella mad they didnt win the final, because they played better than EDG but got diffed mechanically a lot. for example, trace lost 14-16 on abyss, when the only factor was this was because nobody could walk up mid and get like 3 people each round, even bind was just a massive zmjjkk masterclass saving his team from the depths of hell.

because trace looked better than EDG throughout the tournament, even in the grandfinal, trace played a more beautiful game while EDG had huge individual moments. The only real weakness trace has is that they have a weak map pool, and lack of experience (which didnt stop them from winning two games straight). its not like champs where trace can only win 2 maps. I think every team is relatively close hence the grandfinals for all the regions being close but trace on a macro level looks better, more consistently than t1, liquid or sen.
