ehhh, sova is very map reliant. On his good maps hes insane but on his bad maps people just pick fade instead of him. New map pool looks balanced:

Haven- Sova
Lotus- Fade
Bind- Fade
Split- Neither/fade
Abyss- Sova
Fracture- Mainly fade
Pearl- Mainly sova
