Can't possibly answer this just based off your tracker and no gameplay footage. Below ascendant, you just gotta focus on your mechanics and winning gunfights.
it really depends on what you lack. For me personally, DM helps get multikill potential. going 1for1 can be good, going 2for1 or even 3for1 is great, that significantly changes how the round is played. If you hold the site and you get 2 before dying, your team is in a 4v3. If you are entrying the site and trade your teammate out and get one more frag on top of that, that's a 4v3 site hold again.
honestly its not you its your team. just duo queue and youll climb
if you lose its never your fault.
oh yeah and also playing consistnetly would help. maybe like atleast 4-5 games a week of ranked and then hop on and play some tdms everyday/every other dayif you have the time to
7 deathhmatches a day, 2-4 games a day till you get to a rank where your fights wont carry you anymore. then learn util. deathmatches after the ranked games btw, cause itll drain you a bit mentally to lock in for 7 dms
just aim like me

serious advice
just play the game consistently
a good base for that is 2 games a day atleast for about 5 days a week
i mean, based off your overall stats, a 1.21 kd with a <50% win ratio maybe means you're playing too passively - you can play killjoy (your main) quite aggressively on both attack and defense, so i would recommend trying that. other than that, just play more and you should get your mechanics up over time.
Aimlab routine training
Deathmatch for mechanics and Footsteps mastery
Watch vods from tournaments/ vods from lineups
Simply thinking you are better than everyone else on that server. Riot putting you in that server to shit on those kids. Mental is 50% of the battle and I find times where I just swing cause I feel like I'm better, I win more than not. I mean also like aim routines and vod reviews but seriously just believing in yourself and your abilities does wonders
So i was watching valyns warmup routine and something that helped me alot was when he kept his crosshair on a bots head and moved back and fourth. i was asc1 before this and i swear doing this veery so often helped me to immo1
yeah it's true. im kinda scared to push furst tho since I'm mostly on sentinel
