i know Sacy is retired, but he could do coaching in VCB as more of a sidegig/hobby.
get some young talent from t2 t3
and do a bit of tough love coaching, bzka does most of the work, but sacy chimes in to help

last time he did that he created homelander less

idk about coaching but he can deffo GM, these brazilian orgs need it
