In the top right where your notifications are, you'll see a message telling you that you were granted access. It won't pop up immediately after being sent the invitation. Give it at least a couple of hours. Took me about 2 hours after I got sent the invite from a friend to get access. At most it can take 2 days according to the Deadlock interface
it can take a very long time to get your invitation btw, depending on your region, specs, games youve played, account age, and ect. Valve wants a variety of people to get unbiased reviews
Would greatly appreciate an invite, long time league of legends and dota 2 player
