Only $35mil from team bundles AND champs bundles.
Meanwhile cs raised $210mil for teams at Paris major from sticker capsules.
Very interesting…

No one logical says that. You are fighting ghosts and 9 year olds. Wake up.
Another Cheater Shit cope post from lardlarder? Our game is getting bigger while yours is dying. Cry and move along
200 mil from chad valve 💪(2 times a year btw)
35 mil from bitch riot 🤡🤣
i can see which game is dying...
Me when I spread misinformation with no research or proof...
Very interesting...
Infinite Cry Works. No one cares about betting sites money, cheater shit keke
CS has growing viewership, developing tier 1.5-2 scene in different parts of the world, several TOs, full sold outs at every event and growing prize pools yet the game is dying?
cs peaked barely a mil at cologne lmfao, yea cs isnt dead if you live in europe
CSGO is bigger than valorant plus better production more games, u can sell the capsules, it has a market, aspas t0nz ect
don't know why you're getting downvoted. Those are all just facts tbh.
it IS bigger, it HAS better production, there ARE more game, capsules ARE tradable and could go up in value, it DOES have a market
None of these were remotely even opinions except for maybe the production.
welcome to vlr
you can make a sane post, but end it with 't0nz' and be ready to get bombarded with downvotes lol
yeah, based on data PUBG has more than valorant, but bcs twitch, valorant looks overhyped, ass game, CS better.
the CS comparison isn't fair. CS has been out for way longer, sticker capsules can be resold so it's not like you're just throwing away money, and a lot of people buying the capsules are buying multiple for the investment opportunity anyway. Just not the same
Are we really comparing 20+ years of fanbase to a fanbase that is just starting-
Gods this place is infuriatingly stupid
Cause valo is a relatively very fucking new like 4 year old, compare that to when the original cs released and thus it has grown in audience
Tbf CS sticker sales went from 11M between two majors in 2019 to 110M at a single major in 2023. And the number just keeps getting higher every year.
Very possible, given that Lynn Vision players had the most expensive stickers so the Chinese playerbase and skin collectors must have gone wild to buy these. Also the sticker sale ran for like half a year.
that's mainly because people have started seeing the insane prices that stickers can fetch to be completely fair. Not because the game is that much bigger in 2023 than it was in 2019
Doesn't Major have 8 more teams than champs? When divided per team, it's just slightly more than valorant
35mil/44 lol all the champs bundle money is being split with EVERY franchise team even if they didnt make it 💀
so then they don't have incentives to actually improve as their share is the same, lol
I don't remember exactly how large but in my head I think it's like double what other teams get, not sure though I can't remember
so approx. 1.2 mil for champs and 600k without them. Pretty sure the difference between going to champs and spending more on salaries and missing champs with lower salaries is +- the same no?
didn't say equal but more. however, cs doesn't have franchised model where valve pays the esport teams like riot does. Valorant is way more profitable for teams
except right now cs has both Louvre Agreement and Blast franchising, which settled a huge difference between tier 1 and tier 2. And stickers are really proftiable
Riot have 44 teams in the franchise (basically Tier 1). Blast and Esl have no more than 15
also Franchise model is getting scraped next year for CS2 due to valve's new rulings. Aside from the top 20 orgs, others wont be able to attend tournaments
there are 25 tier 1 events and like 30 tier 2 events, some with 100k dollars, you tell me there is no chance for tier 2 to attend? with constant open/closed quals?
invitaitions will be based on valve rankings, to gain rainkkings you have to get invited to tournaments. Watch the "The Four Horseman" video with Complexity GM says the new rules would mostly favour legacy orgs and t2 will be affected
every event has open and closed qualifiers hosted, it does favour legacy orgs, however tier 2 teams have a higher chance to attend events ( due to load management from tier 1) and knowing there will be different formats like Blast Rivals with 32 teams, plenty of teams will get rated, will get more tier 1 exposure therefore improving their team's level.
its actually around 700k per team in valo because its for all the franchise teams not the ones at champs only.
yes but CS doesn't have a franchise model where valve pays the esports teams. this money is only for only 24 teams who mange to qualify
and those teams get this share twice a year, giving them plenty of cash to operate.
Valo has a lot of little kids that can’t buy things without parent’s permission
Cs players actually have their own money
#MVGA
Don't even need your own money. You can just get the weekly case drops by just playing the game, sell them for money and buy sticker capsules during sale from this money. What's crazy is after the sticker sale ends, the capsules rise in price so you can end up selling them for even more money. Valve has built a fucking infinite money glitch for themselves and the players.
a. Most capsule are around 30usd a pop (correct me if im wrong i dont remember VP prices well), whilst you can get sticker capsules on sales for about 30 cents a pop. its alot more easier to buy a sticker capsule, than to make a commitment to buying a vct capsule
b. There is alot more incentive to get a capsule because it is gambling. dont get the sticker you want on the first try, oh well just buy another one, its cheap anyways. vct capsules you buy once and you get what you want
c. Most people will really only get one vct capsule at most to support their favourite, meanwhile there is an entire segment of the community in cs who just collect items and stickers, so of course they are gonna whale and try to get all the shiny holos and gold stickers for each team
gacha mechanic or an honest transaction. hmmmm i wonder which is more ethical
Gacha or gambling is the reason for the sales as they can just justify it by saying it is an investment blah blah . Also in valorant capsules are specifically meant for supporting the teams , unlike CS.
