he is currently wdym, ofc prime yay shits on him and pretty much any other player who ever touched this game but he has a far way to go until i consider him capable of competing on a top 5 americas team again
There's no reason for C9 to replace moose when he is one of C9's better players alongside OXY.

I think if he's back to NA it's going to be on C9 or EG, hell maybe even NRG (roles would be odd there though).
