I typically check domains, but from what I understand some IP grabbers use the legit domain? also how would you check for redirects
screenshare.com is owned by ipgrabify, you can check ipgrabbers many domains or you can just search up the domain its self to find the owner which is ipgrabify
yes x.com is always legit except if theres hidden white space characters in the link. but you should do what i do which is use a VM(virtual machine) to browse and use the internet and if your playing games then just use your normal computer.

also sorry i didnt reply to ur second question which is how do i check redirects, the easiest way would be to run it through a redirect website which is iplogger. go to google and search ip logger url checker and it will scan any redirects for you.
