select a good crosshair then play unrateds or swiftplays to adjust your sens and practice in range
Jump into ranked as soon as possible. Its OK if you hit the lowest rank of iron 1, because you can only get better from there. There's no point playing valorant if it doesn't mean anything/doesn't matter if you win or lose.
Mmr is wild don't be too concerned with the lobbies you end up in the beginning
