yea no this narrative never existed, his teammates kept talking about how insane he was in scrims and how he’s literally the best aimer they’ve ever played with. That’s all they kept talking about regarding him and it was fucking annoying tbh. NRG clearly just didn’t know what to do with him in actual matches.
NRG made Demon1 into Diamond1 cause chet clearly can't utilize his players well
The guilt of benching him after saying allat about him off matches gotta be extremely massive lol. Chet said his aim was so good in scrims in that he would prefer Demon1 learning Raze on the fly than Victor for Split 1, and we saw how that turned out

demon1 performance really declined but he's going thru a lot also with his gf. so yeah that's why but i have no doubt if he comes back he do well. Personally i don't think they should bench him like this so early. He can def slot in for victor or crashies and the team would be good.
