we've barely seen any teams play so far, after we see that we'll see how underated each pick is
yeah tbh neon haven especially might not be underrated at all. i can see many teams playing it instead of raze or jett
i think neon is just not being picked because shes basically been nerfed for coordinated play in the recent patch
