it wasnt the strats, drx just werent shooting back today. termi is still fraudulent tho
yeah ik :(, but still there HAS to be someone better than termi. enough chances have been given.
maybe Anaks? he helped developing DRX Prospects, his old teammates spoke about him highly, and he's already familiar with the DRX system, the org etc
how is termi the issue here? their player quality is simply lower than other top teams, it's amazing that he even led the old team that far despite their (relatively) middling mechanics
simply termi was only good until 2022 ended. in 2023 the DRX roster was only "good" because all other rosters were new and getting used to franchising. Also they had MaKo who would carry them. Now in 2024 (yes DRX played bad today individually), but termi still isn't really doing anything outstanding for the team.
If DRX remove termi, they gonna go from top 4 to top 6 or 8 team + Mako/Buzz leaving next. HIs replacement won't guarantee to be more successful, more likely to do worse (lower expectation).
no they arent going to go from top4 to 6-8 just because they remove this fraud he has always have been the real issue why they cant do anything just look at solo he might not be the best strategist but he know what he needs to do to enable his star players that's why geng won shanghai they need a coach or asst coach who is like solo
Solo coaches t3xture amd Lakia back at Dplus/Damwon days, so he already know how to utilise them. New DRX coach have to able to speak korean, and not many have "proven successful" coaching career.

if G2 go back to challengers. That's why he's on "bit of a reach" category. Daeda move to T1, any T2 coaches could be persuaded with Tier1 offers. Also G2 beat PRX, so.... CAN Yang would approve.
but it is different when king left vs he became a really good player under solo's coaching under vs he was the weakest link solo just knows how to activate their players i don't know why termi just doesn;t relax and give a bit of freedom to their players like let them run double or triple duelists and just let them run it down it will help them mentally and give them confidence to best anyone
In the valorant pacific coach video Termi did say he give more freedom to the players with the comps they running compared to previous years. It worked in stage 1 against team alpha, but new DRX player isnt upto PRX core synergy standards and choked to GenG in playoff when it matters.
DRX is in rebuilding phase, won't be upto PRX standards for a while and other teams are improving. If result not improving, can see Buzz/Mako leaving next.
players aren't the problem that is proven if this project doesn't work out than termi is on the chopping block
depends who the coach is, so who u got in mind? The current Carlao to ZETA isn't working rn.
