I doubt its AvovA since they moved togheter from the same team, Koldamenta was an estabilished IGL in PUBG and now valorant for a long time so I doubt he's a toxic person or someone that has bad interpersonal relationships(you dont become a leader by being a cunt).
If its keloqz i feel like its more on nukkye cause like, yea I can imagine keloqz having an ego, but hes a also a kid, you should forgive him and maybe communicate more to him since young players tend to build egos very fast but then soften once they start bing more in a team environment.
If its mixwell, then Id say nukkye is more in the reason, a veteran like Mixwell should be the one creating a positive atmosphere, not making players uncomfortable

I haven't seen the clip, but it seems like everyone is thinking someone is toxic in G2, If he doesn't mention reason why, it could also be because someone is not motivated in the team, nukkye is hard worker he hates when people fuck around and don't care about pracs, he had problem with EspiranTo in CSGO for that reason.

Not being motivated to practice/scrim can also come from big ego when you think you are best player so you don't need to prac.
Big ego can also make someone toxic.
