Why do streamer orgs tend to suck at managing teams compared to more traditional esport orgs like Liquid and Fnatic is it due to lack of experience?

Look at most streamer orgs they either fail or disband even KC last year was a example of how not to manage your Valorant team alongside teams like KOI and BBL who are really bad at making any impactful transfers (especially BBL) when they have the funds to do it
Koi and BBL arent really streamer orgs anymore. just regular orgs. KOI is just poor
Bro BBL is still a streamer org the owner watches every game to this day and nothing has changed
but streamer orgs can transition into being more professional and corporate over time
Was poor when they made the roster cause they were splitting up and literally didn't know who was supposed to pay or who even was gonna keep the slot. Things should be different this offseason
because they or their friends tend to get involved even though they dont have the skills
KC gave full control to Engh for this year and they became one of the best teams in Europe (Kameto was the one who pushed for Scream last year)
They don't have experience and the people.
Fnatic and Liquid have been in the game for 20+ years
The other one that works are pro players making teams
