Fate Zero these are pretty good for beginning
Personally i dislike MHA.
However I suggest Erased as a good starter anime. Anyone that ever told me for a good gateway anime, it's this. It has a pretty good story, great animation, and good characters.
If you want an action packed starter, watch Code Geass. One of my all-time favourites.

Ecchi and Harem- High School DxD,Prison School
Shonen- Jujutsu Kaisen,God of highschool
Drama- Food Wars,Death Note
All of them are short and good for your taste
There areso many romantic films , why would i even watch romance in anime , i am not that creepy man
Food Wars isn't particularly dramatic, but it's absolutely not short. It's got around 80 episodes.

My hero falls off hard but its because were on a boring arc

Demon Slayer is the current goat of shonens tho it broke records in japan and is the most hyped anime atm, watch that instead

The plot is fine until now , might leave it after the beat the final boss
If you enjoy it keep watching it there's not really a speedrunning tactic or optimized method for watching all the anime. Just watch what seems like it might be interesting
Zankyou no Terror (Terror in Resonance) is short and overall fairly enjoyable imo. Like KoreanOverlord mentioned, My Hero falls off hard after season 2 imo (some say s3 but difference of opinion) but if you want to get invested in a long(ish) show it's pretty good. I'd recommend Hunter x Hunter over it personally
