i think so but dw bout it. u guys r basically already locked for champs
it’s almost impossible for that to happen. In order for it to happen sen has to literally lose every match
something to do with the max number of points another team can get. Even if a team wins out everything until champs - meaning they will qualify for champs through stage 2, they will only get around 11 or 12 points total. So SEN technically will still go through

technically they need 14 but whatever.
If nrg wins all the games this season and next they will have 10 points. If nrg then don't make top 3 in playoffs for split 2 and sen also dont make top 3 in playoffs for split 2 then nrg would qualify to champs and sen don't. If nrg also wins shanghai sen would then need 14 points to out beat them assuming this very unlikely event happens.
but you have to assume sen doesn’t gain any points in split 2 it’s quite unlikely that sen will throw the points lead for champs
not just that. atleast 2 teams have win 8 matches within the split AND these 2 teams shouldn't be the winners of split 1 and split 2 (assuming they're different teams) there is a world but most unlikely world
Yeah a win in stage 1 and stage 2 split gets 1 point and winning stage 1 and 2 playoffs gets 3 points and same with winning Shanghai
So if sen just wins like a few more games it’s almost impossible to beat them on points
