Wdym, damn is objectively Kendrick’s prime, he sold 600k first week if I remember correctly and it charted for an insane length of time. He won’t get close to 600k ever again nor was he anywhere close before damn.
It was his peak in terms of numbers, but it was by far not his best project. Gkmc, tpab, section 80, and untitled unmastered are all better imo.

From the perspective of a cole fan (which I'm not), I could see myself being way less disappointed after coles average drop than I would be if i were a drake fan after drakes average drop, if that makes sense. I feel like thats an important distinction which is why in album quality i cant rank drake higher, even though I appreciate his highs much more than coles highs.
