Rb is a top 3 flex player in the world stuck on an average chinese team. Be realistic, this guy's flexibility was a key part to DRX's success, and his mechanics are still crazy good. It's like how Leo was stuck with Guild for the longest time until finally getting a solid support system (and then won two internationals). I know Leo isn't a crazy good flex, but you get the point, Rb is stuck on a team that can't utilize him to his maximum potential.

indian gov dont allow dual citizenships, thats why indian players cant play in leagues in other countries(like premier league and la liga)
It doesn't matter what his ethnicity is. Only his residency status. Even if he's not a US born citizen but living there with a green card, he has already declared his allegiance to the Americas region. For example, even though Russ on GE is a UK citizen with a UK passport, because he used his indian overseas residency(green card kinda) to join GE as a non-import his allegiance is with Pacific region, if he goes back to EMEA and joins an EMEA team he will now be counted as an import even though he is literally a UK citizen
