SEN is the most clouted organization in the world. anybody, player, or content creator that joins the org ends up getting extremely popular with exponential growth at incredible speeds. Tenz, leading the pack, is probably the most-watched Valorant pro/streamer in the world atm., and despite his audience being primarily younger (kids), they are still willing to pay for subscriptions and donations out of their own (or their parents pockets). He could make more money than the entirety of the NRG roster with streaming alone, and it wouldn't require him any effort at all. He thought this through alllll the wayyy back when he left C9 to pursue content creation 💀💀💀. AND THIS WAS BEFORE SEN.**

May be but he's still on their payroll, they allowed him to take a break and go to Brazil to chill out and deal with his health problems. I would take a deal like that over getting cut over a days notice like what happened with Wippie. That's the norm in esports and cloud9 is a very reputed org. If you are mad about a probable communication problem when they have handled the situation better than most orgs would then you are just trying to point fingers.

But how is SEN the snake for an honest mistake? Instead of releasing him right away like most other orgs would do, they are paying him to just chill out until he lands on a team. Sen allowing pancada to pursue offers WITHOUT a buyout while still paying him salary to basically chill in brazil and your saying sen snaking?? 95% of orgs putting players in contract jail requesting buyout and sen is the issue here? I don't get this take tbh. He has plenty of time to get signed and find team (while still on salary) and will probably get signed within the month if not sooner.
Sen needed an IGL and that's why they cut marved, marved would've left for the NRG roster anyway and also pancada is literally being paid to do nothing and can find a team without any buyout which is huge for him and any org trying to get him, while the lack of communication was kinda bad, it doesnt really change anything as they are not kicking him out of the org or anything
I don't care about SEN as an org but what are you even yapping about on here? They literally did what they were supposed to do; letting pancada go without a buyout if the other orgs want to sign him. It doesn't get any better than that since this current SEN roster was not the team for him.
