CS has no variation in play, literally have been doing the same execs since 2012.
cs2 is terrible to play
but watching the pro scene is amazing cuz pro players are good at the game. Just look at donk the new talent
Valorant scene looks too superficial, like... brazilian players are just a bunch of nonamers who wouldnt be anything in CS, so whats the point of watching it if the "proplayers" are just a bunch of kids who arent even that good?
like envyz said at #4, game is repetitive and after the new update I'd say it killed half of the community's hope on Valve delivering a good product, the eSports scene is not an exception: cs2 sucks in every aspect, it's only popular because it's the first game of its kind and it inspired others like Valorant. Valorant is a more complicated game, with an everchanging meta and new players every now and then, it has already outperformed counter strike
Why are you so insecure for no reason? And how are you calling valo pros bad at the game? They might be bad at cs, but they're at the top in valo. Nobody here cares about how well they played or might play in cs, stfu.

xeppaa cloud9 as an example, was a nonamer playing in NA scene.... but he got a spot in a good org in valorant... the scene is just too weak and superficial, the "pros" arent pros
this stuff will sort itself out in about 10 years when all the partnered teams will be either forced out by actual valorant talents, or they will also improve. CS scene back in 2006 was also a shitfest. Until 2014 there was only 1 good team - NIP - who literally went 87-0 in matches. What is LOUDs record? 35-2? or something idrk but my point is that at the beginning (3 years is still beginning phase in tac fps esports) every scene is wacky and weak.
And why doesn't someone on like a top 20 EU team join VCT in any league and absolutely dominate Valorant and win millions in prize money?
It literally doesn't matter how good a player was in CS, what matters is how good they play valorant
And of course, many things are similar between CS an VAL but both games are still different in many ways and you can't just easily compare players from both games
if donk switched over 6 months ago you could say the same about him as you do aspas.
