Seriously, VCT will start in less than 4 weeks and teams don't know against who they are playing ???
What kind of planning is this, it's not that hard to do the "draw" or "fixing".

Probably they still make video of it the bracket, pacific I believe they accidentally leak it, cuz the video still private in website of riot himself.
All of the player already know the bracket (even ex pro that want to know already get that bracket)

I read some comment where they made a case about meritocracy ranking and it sounds right to me.
anyway last 3 from VCT probably have same level as Ascension winner. (for EU I can say that BBL, TH, KOI, KC from last year have same level as M8)

I guess it was something like this - they split all the teams in 4 pools due to 2023 VCT League standings and Champions results
pool 1: PRX (1, BYE), DRX (2), T1 (3)
pool 2: ZETA (4), GenG (5), TS (6)
pool 3: RRQ (7), GE (8), TLN (9)
pool 4: DFM (10), BLEED (Asc)

and then we got the groups
group A: T1 (pool 1), ZETA (pool 2), GE (pool 3), BLEED (pool 4)
group B: DRX (pool 1), TS (pool 2), TLN (pool 3), DFM (pool 4)
group C: PRX (pool 1, BYE), GenG (pool 2), RRQ (pool 3)

and the first matchups is pool 1 teams vs pool 4 teams and pool 2 teams vs pool 3 teams

I mean, that at least make sense
