Toyo, former translator/manager for NORTHEPTION will join the team as translator for Carlao
He will be listed as HC afaik but the coaching staff won't really have a "head coach" internally

Zeta still has Junior and crow as the Japanese side of the coaching staff so the final say will still be them.. I feel like this won’t have as much of an impact as them getting better players

Having a coach that speaks a different language than the team is a big big problem, they need to go international now even tho I doubt they do.
Look at Frod last year watching the blogs you could tell it was rough, I believe he wasn’t the one giving the pre game speeches either for example. Was a main concern when Lev picked up goked too, good thing they com in english
So, has FURIA become a great team after firing Carlao? In the last few games they have struggled against TIRE2 teams and I don't think they are hopeful by any means.
Not sure about bringing in a coach that have to rely heavily on a translator in order to be able to involve in the team is a good idea. Didn't Elmapuddy had this sort of language problem back when he is in GenG?
