I hope there will be more teams like them in other regions. I especially admire DSG Toast's dedication to the competitive scene.

Hi, thanks to you Polaris looks better than Portugal.

posted 2 months ago

This is probably due to the success of teams owned by very popular streamers such as Kameto and Gotaga. It is the result of their audience's interest in the French competitive scene itself.

I can still understand ethan and demon1's disrespect for EG.
But Boostio has been a member since 2021, so why not a little gratitude?
C0M and Screw posted their thanks to EG.

Many FURIA fans used to criticize Carlao's coaching and dgzin for everything wrong in a vlr thread, is that right?

posted 4 months ago

It's obvious if you look at the number of rounds and what they had in their match against FNATIC.

posted 5 months ago

Obviously. Ineffective players have just been replaced by even weaker ones.

posted 5 months ago

So, has FURIA become a great team after firing Carlao? In the last few games they have struggled against TIRE2 teams and I don't think they are hopeful by any means.

posted 5 months ago

ZETA was rumored to have also considered Elaveted by ACEND. However, taking him more than a year away from the competitive scene would not have done much.

I was half right.

For now, at least, they are better than the unprofessional players who disrupt the harmony of the team and leave mid-season.

Do you know what type of players are dominant in GameChangers in the NA Region?

posted 6 months ago

She was dominant by every measure in Japanese Game Changers Split2 playoffs.
I don't know much about her, is she a transgender or non-binary player who seems to dominate others in regions such as NA? Or is she more like Malibu?

The demands of the tier2 scene that bcJ and others are talking about are ultimately jealousy of the losers.
In MLB, even if the minor leaguers are treated badly, there are still great players coming up every year, right?
The tier2 scene is a place to cultivate a hungry spirit. If they can make a living there, they will be satisfied.

They may have low ratings and K/D ratios, but they have sufficient reasons to be removed from this list.
Both of them are among the top 10 in terms of KAST in the league, and crow has a very high APR. It's undeniable that they are inferior compared to top players like stax, BuZz, d4v41, and xeta, but ZETA made it to the playoffs because they fulfill the necessary role as a support player.

Carlos Correa of the Minnesota Twins put it this way: "Booing and criticism are naturally accepted. This is also a part of baseball. Fans want players to perform well, and they want their favorite team to win. It's natural to be booed if you don't perform well."

I think VALORANT professionals are lacking the kind of spirit that would enable them to accept criticism like him.

LOCK IN was perceived by some players as a half-joking way to quickly lose and go home to prepare for the league. It was only natural, because if they did not win the league, they would not be able to participate in Masters Tokyo or Champions.
Of course, it is better to win, but what they are really aiming for is not the champion of LOCK IN, but the champion throughout the year (Champions 2023 winner)

As for the former, it proves that the salaries and treatment of Japanese professional teams are excellent. Not a bad thing.

posted 11 months ago

Who? It is insane to refuse to get the experience of competing internationally with a tier 1 team as a professional player.

posted 11 months ago

Most Japanese players do not have practical English skills, so unlike soimething, they are limited in the number of teams they can join. So the only way is to join DFM or ZETA.

posted 11 months ago

It is not correct because the salary and other benefits are not comparable.
The career of an esports player is short, so it is important to be in a toptier environment for as many years as possible.

The following rankings are based on the standings prior to the first game on April 22nd, and are subject to change. The latter half of the article is a bit rough, as the writer grew bored while writing it.

DRX: 1st place (Remaining matches: GEN.G, RRQ, DFM, TS, T1)
No explanation necessary. The moment they beat GEN.G, their undefeated streak in the league is guaranteed.

GEN.G: 2nd-6th place (Remaining matches: DRX, GE, RRQ, PRX, ZETA)
This team has been very consistent in terms of performance, except in their match against DFM. I believe either this team or PRX will take 2nd place.

ZETA: 3rd-7th place (Remaining matches: TLN, TS, PRX, T1, GEN.G)
They seem to have regained their form in the last few matches, but except for DRX, they haven't faced any strong teams. The fact that they still have matches against GEN.G and PRX is a minus point. Additionally, their start is very unstable, so their playoff battle against TLN, TS, and T1 won't be easy.

PRX: 2nd-4th place (Remaining matches: TLN, ZETA, GEN.G, RRQ)
Although they were a bit unstable in the first two matches, with something joining the team, there's nothing to worry about anymore. This is a team that can easily beat GEN.G. They just have to keep choosing maps where something can be used, and they can easily take 2nd place. If he's benched, they'll miss their seeding.

RRQ: 4th-6th place (Remaining matches: T1, GEN.G, GE, TLN, PRX)
People who don't see it might have laughed at them, but since their match against DFM, both individual performances and team cohesion have improved tremendously. They should be able to easily beat T1 and TLN. If they can beat GE, they can definitely make it to the playoffs.

T1: 6th-8th place (Remaining matches: RRQ, DFM, TS, ZETA, DRX)
They showed some immaturity as a team in the last two matches. Please don't bring bans into the game. If they use iNTRO together, they may only be able to beat DFM.

TS: 4th-8th place (Remaining matches: DFM, ZETA, T1, DRX, GE)
Apart from DRX, their remaining opponents are relatively easy. If they can recover from their loss to RRQ, they should be able to beat DFM, ZETA, and T1 and make it to the playoffs without any problems.

GE: 5th-8th place (Remaining matches: GEN.G, RRQ, DFM, TS)
They're in a tough spot with 1W4L, but the team has improved since Rossi and LF joined. They also showed a great performance on Icebox against PRX. If they can beat RRQ, DFM, and TS, they can secure the last playoff spot.

TLN: 9th-10th place (Remaining matches: ZETA, PRX, GEN.G, RRQ, DFM)
What they need to do right now is to bench pati and always use garrnetS. They also need to stop using off-meta compositions, which are really just losing strategies. Otherwise, they'll face off against DFM in the last match for the bottom spot (total loss).

PS
DFM: 9th to 10th place (remaining games: TS, T1, DRX, GE, TLN).
Xnfri is too valuable to be kept on the bench or relegated to a smoke role.
Seoldam should be benched, TakeJ should handle the smoke role, and xnfri should be given a flex role.
If this is done, he will regain his shine, but unfortunately, the team is confirmed to be in a battle for last place with TLN.

Is ScreaM really a necessary member for KC? It's possible that replacing him with a player who has more flexibility and a wider range of agents in their pool would be more likely to help the team come together.

EMEA region seems quite weak.
Excluding Russia, Turkey, Finland, and Sweden, there are no countries that can form a tier 1 team capable of competing in an international league.

posted 11 months ago

Sweden and the UK can also form tier 1 teams. For Sweden: Leo, Sayf, ShadoW, Zyppan, and Meddo. For the UK: Boaster, Dephh, Kryptix, L1NK, and Soulcas.

It is obvious who is stronger, FPX without SUYGETSU or FNATIC without Derke and Bravef.

They won against XERXIA. CR and ZETA did not even win one game the first time they participated in the Masters.
XERXIA has beaten OPTIC in Masters, so OPTIC and Nth are not as far apart as everyone thinks

The fact that Zeta has so many fans has overshadowed the strength and accomplishments of Nth. At the Masters, they won in their first appearance, something no Japanese team had ever done before.

In the last 60 days ACS has been better than the world's leading duelists like Jinggg, Dereke and BabyBay, the best of all players except those competing in the GC.
I know that the level of the Levant and North Africa league is not high, but I still want to see him compete in the EMEA region

It is great to have a place like this thread where we can discuss Valorant and CSGO.
The Japanese CSGO competition scene is completely gone, so these discussions will never occur.
Most of the few Japanese players who still play CSGO today hate the players who have migrated to Valorant.

I find EMEA players to be more diligent. I cannot say for sure that each athlete is more talented, but I feel that they take VALORANT more seriously.
EMEA players seem to spend more time practicing and communicating with their teammates. NA players, on the other hand, seem to just seek out content such as YouTube and Twitch.
