What % of Algeria speaks Arabic/Tamazight and what % speaks French, I had an Algerian-American friend in high school who spoke French but no Arabic.
maybe he was born in france
100% speak arabic
2% ig speak tamazight (probably lower)
idk maybe like 40% speak french as a second language it is taugh in schools btw
