What global companies are from EU? I can’t think of any.
Cost of living and salaries should be higher in NA because we generate the most wealth.
NA is just richer than any other continent.

bruh only reason y na has high asf salaries is bc cost of living in LA is expensive asf and taxes r high asf. all those tech companies u listed r based in sf and nor cal buddy.

in NA, u work 60-80 hour work weeks and can barely afford to pay rent, and will spend the rest of your life paying off your mortgage and student loans. thats true everywhere in the world actually, life sux and I just want to raise chickens on a nice farm somewhere

Also personal take with no actual research, but you could also call that partly due to snowball effect. Companies with money offer high salaries = people all around the world with skill and knowledge come to work = new innovation, technology etc = companies make big money....
Let alone that US is large country with big population and developed meaning that people can actually come up with new stuff. Its also affected by culture and mentality. Like why would highly educated and skilled Indian stay in India and work for their companies? Just something to think.
