because the internet is terrible for peoples mental health (i have my weekly psychiatrist appointment on thursday)
i was supposed to have mine yesterday but he fell sick so we have to reschedule 😓
hopefully.. but lowkey i was kinda glad cause it makes me hella anxious before I actually go to it
