I dont see anyone in MxM getting an offer except flyuh. There's better option available.
To me it sounds like M80 and MxM did not drop their rosters, but allowed their players to seek for opportunities in Tier 1 but will take them back for next season if the players want.
from what ive seen brawk and flyuh probably leaving MXM for SR, unless they get t1 offers of course.
Worse org? Shopify isn't necessarily a worse org, and might be paying more.
Worse team? Shopify is certainly a worse team, but individually the players are still very good, so maybe they see something we don't. They are currently winning every single t3 match, but to be fair, that is tier 3
