they need to build young japanese talent roster and go for long term project because there is no way they can make winning team next year from this.
roster change idea :
-takeJ
-suggest
-seoldam
-xenfri
keep reita as 6th
keep anthem as IGL

+syouTa (best japanese talent in tier2)
+Meiy (not sure he wants to leave CR for DFM but he is the best japanese duelist next to Dep)
+hiroronn (good young talent)
+derialy (good flex player)

so roster is:
Meiy (duelist)
derialy (flex)
syouTa (smoke)
hiroronn (sentinel)
anthem (initiator & IGL)

coaches:
-melofobia
-XrayN
+hNt (ex IGZ coach)
+euler (FL coach)
+someone from EMEA who can teach fundamentals

yeah maybe he is not that good but he has large agent pool, i think it's important to have a flex players in roster

Honestly I wanted to see Crazy Raccoon in Franchising but didn't make it. Meiy is a really underrated duelist player he can player probably every duelist. I thought TakeJ would play 2nd duelist because he's better as a duelist then a Controller. The whole roster were duelist players. Reita&TakeJ (Zeta2021) Seoldam (NTH2021) Xnfri (NTH2022) Suggest (NU2021) Anthem(FAV2021)

Tbh just build around a Russian and stop trolling. Those players are not better than Zeta’s and Zeta’s isn’t doing too good either. Need a higher celling

It seems very hard to get the CR players so.

Initiator: JoxJo (igl)
Duelist: CLZ
Flex: Anthem
6th: Suggest (may just become primary duelist)

Coaches:
Johnta, euler , noppo
(not entirely sure about coaches but something like that)

Art would also be a good player to rebuild around but role clashes with syouta.
