I have the impression that hiroronn and Syouta are expected in the Japanese community.

FENNEL, a major Japanese team, has announced its new roster.

In addition to CLZ, who continued to be affiliated with FL from 2021 stage1,
Joxjo, who led them to the world competition as IGL of Northeption.
Xdll, who contributed to the remarkable success of Blue Bees in stage2 and gained experience as a stand-in member of ZETA DIVISION after TENNN's illness.
hiroronn, an early member of ZETA DIVISION ACADEMY and a young player who has attracted a lot of attention.
Syouta, a member of Crest Gaming Zst, is a highly promising player with an aggressive style, strength, and language ability as a controller.
They welcomed the above four players to our team.

They also have four coaches, including Johnta, who used to coach FunPlus Phoenix as head coach, Euler, who led FENNEL GC to the world championship, mltdwn, who contributed to Northeption and FENNEL GC, and kir1n, who led GC to win and is known to look very much like laz, will take on the Ascension Tournament.

For reference, according to CR's owner's Twitter feed, the reason for the drop was "not financial, not organizational, but for reasons we can't imagine and were hard to convince." He said.

As for DNG's financial situation, it has a financial deficit of 59 million yen for the fiscal year ending May 31, 2022.
I don't know about other CR, RC, FL, etc., but CR has a large store and game space in Shibuya.
I have the impression that RC and FL are mainly sponsored, while CR mainly finances its departments with store profits.
In terms of popularity, CR is overwhelming.

PS
Gamewith, DNG's parent company, is listed on the Tokyo Stock Exchange, it is assumed that the mother company can afford it.

There seems to be little room for discussion, mainly on player broadcasts, discord, and twitter.

As far as VALORANT is concerned

All the members of Nth have been replaced.
They haven't been seen in any of the matches, but they beat FAV 2-0, so they are expected to do well.
However, the new ZETA, who will appear on the broadcast for the first time, is the focus of this match.

I can't expect much Japanese members of DGW(esp from PUBG).

Among the minor teams, I'm looking forward to Blue Bees, a mixture of two Russians led by something (smthlikeyou11), and Crest Gaming, which has recruited samuraiD and strong young players who have shown success in LCQ.

By the way, the @YossyFPS spreadsheet is very useful, albeit with some lag.

CR is a very unpredictable team.
Meiy is expected to use the jets, but they were inferior to fisker in the VCT in 2021, but they are growing, so it is hard to predict.
Astell is clearly inferior to Bazzi and Medusa, but he will be the IGL, so we can expect teamwork like the old Nth, and Munchkin no longer in the IGL.
Popogachi is an excellent addition, but he is an unknown quantity, as he did not have a good record with his former BBI team, and he has been away from Valorant for a while.

However, from their broadcast, it seems that communication errors and the introverted nature of the Japanese are improving, which is a big improvement.

Just like when ZETA defeated Nth (although ZETA was in great shape at that point), Nth inevitably has a weak image against countermeasures, so that is my only concern.
