its not a real LAN, its like 5-8 ping as far as I know, at least thats what it was in iceland and I didnt hear anything about them making it 0 this time
but all have same ping unlike online where theres a diff in ping... here it is all on ur own persons reaction time...
its played on LAN client pretty sure, the 5 to 10 ping is just because of how riots latency calculations work, KR wasnt on LAN just in person i believe

not saying playing with high ping is a automatic win, but some players are better at using high ping to their advantage and adjust their playstyle accordingly. SMB clearly used this in their playstyle and that didnt translate well to LAN
