NAVI won't buy ANY Russian or Belarussian players in ANY games! NEVER for years maybe for 10 years not less. Stop thinking that NAVI is CIS team. It's Ukrainian team. Ukraine doesn't want to be associated with CIS. Why do you force NAVI to be CIS?
There are 0 CIS teams in EMEA. Period.
val is way less relevant in ukraine than cs so they can haev their cake and eat it (not get criticised for signing russians) but i doubt theyll sign any other russian. they did buy a whole team

because they bought a team what won 1 of 6 Int Valorant tournaments. They will try to get rid of them if they find someones better
I would love them to get rid of Shao and Suy and disappear from the scene completely, Cypriot tax evader fraud org. Their csgo team is already tier 3, dota team is shit and the only good roster left is in valorant.
They didn't sign Shao and Suy separately, they signed the full team with a single Ukrainian tier 1 player in it. That's why they are in the team

How to fix any team in under one second, made by the average VLR user:
1) kick the IGL

watch some navi games without tokyo and you will see zyppans value
So the idea is to fork out loads of cash to buy the the best players from 2 separate teams, sounds like bad finance to me.
The only fix for navi is literally -ange1 & coach staff etc
Zyppan shao suygetsu & cned are all great players. Maybe find turks IGL if there is any.
Sama case with drx, they have great players, but if they underperform, maybe the problem isnt on the players, but with coach and staff instead.
Kind of entering the weakest meta for them and they aren't adapting esp with viper being nerfed, double controller. Ange1 inting less would help, maybe find a dedicated controller who can play harbor or at least brim/astra as effectively as Shao would be good. They definitely need to learn Skye/breach at minimum, possibly harbor or just start permabanning pearl. I also think their discipline is a little lacking; when 6-7/12 of the masters teams now are just as good mechanically you can't quite afford to do that.
They just need to fix their roles, let zyppan play raze and put shao on initiator
Guys they picked Shao and Suygetsu because they agreed to not represent Russia and use the non-representing flag. Just like electronic and Perfecto in CSGO.
