NA fans are by far the most insufferable. I thought brazil and loud fans were the worst on this site but they took the loss like chads and most of them didn't shit on opposing teams. NA fans on the other hand....
They also can win in CS (dead game) because they own all the circuits, so Asia never got a chance.
This list is mostly true but if u made the rankings based off of a ratio of actual team strength to how much shit talking they do, then India gotta be #1 (it needs to be separated from the rest of APAC)

EU and NA are equally toxic
Fr I dunno why one region acts like the other one is worse when they both clown each other at the available chance
eu has some weird baiters but na definitely has more people who unironically care about the "region war"
you call them baiters but they are 100% serious. trust me i come from cs they have been doing this for 20 years now. they never change and will always be the same.
Brazillians have slowly become bros recently they're not as toxic as they used to be
no difference between regions, everyone had some toxic moments, but if we have to rate somehow
