i think she needs a better team, cuz her antistratting against LEV, FURIA and LOUD was pretty good.
If they have such low budget why get 10 players?
Why not get much better players but only 6 of them. That way the budget is less spread out.
I think it has to do with EG management moreso. Im p sure their whole thing is “talent development” in all esports.
Honestly if EG want to be better at "talent development" I think they should be focusing on quality over quantity. Looking at a team like c9 and what mCe has done to recruit jakee and runi and how he has been able to mold them to be extremely competitive is remarkable. If there's too many players it's hard for just one person like Potter to help cultivate their skills over such a short period of time.
I think she's genuinely capable of harnessing the potential of new players plus she has a very good understanding of the game and how the team plays. It just seems she may be stretched too thin right now with all of the anti-stratting and player development.
Chealsea players play football without any passion imo, 4 coaches in a year and no one help them enough..... is just crazy
They spent a whole country’s GDP on players, if they’re not good it’s definitely a leadership issue
She has teir 2 talent on the roster, there's not much more she could really do.

100T is terrible right now and I wouldn’t call getting 13-0’d by loud “almost winning”
EG beat LOUD on Split just as hard as LOUD beat them on Pearl. The difference between a 13-3 and 13-0 is next to none lol. Map 2 was incredibly close and easily could have gone the other way if a couple gun fights went the other way, you cant deny EG did really good
Loud also start every single match extremely slow… they’ve lost map 1 every single VCT Americas game but one

To be honest I'm kind of sick of all the hate professionals in the esports scene get because the job security isn't there due to it and it's killing the scene.
Managers, coaches, and players of all levels in irlsports are allowed to lose games or even to have a losing season and still not have a guarantee of losing their job. The people that got these esports jobs, tried out, interviewed, ect. They proved to whoever they needed to prove to that they were good enough, and now they deserve a fair chance. Is everyone in the tier 1 scene better than everyone in the tier 2 scene? No, but that's why some rookies become starters in the pro scenes in irlsports and some college coaches are considered better too. But just having a few bad games doesn't mean you should scrap things midseason. The org picked the players and coaches for a reason, let them cook. Does letting them cook, always work out? Hell no, but at least it gives us a stable team. The turnover rate in pro esports is legitimately killing the industry, we won't have esports as we know it much longer if things keep up like this. /rant
