yay didn't have anyone near him at his peak, there was a statistical chasm after him. it was literally undeniable that he was the best

derke is better than yay imo, and better than his peak, shao is the same - but agree to disagree lol.

but i agree that yay was really good at some point on chamber, specifically
yay was better than Derke and SHAO for pretty much all of 2021, and all of 2022
Yay was a better chamber, 100%. However Derke is hardly recency bias, given he's been consistently a top 5 performer in his role since 2021. He is one of the most consistent duellists and opers the game has. Most likely next to Yay and Aspas.
Shao was the same. Can't compare yay and shao as it's been awhile since shao played the same role.
All three being mentioned are consistent demons.
Derke was always a slightly better Jett player than yay, and a slightly worse chamber player.
aspas beat yay with nerfed jett during peak chamber. so yes, at that time chamber was the broken agent which yay only played.

Right now vs bot americas duelists he looks better than he does internationally. Everyone will come to know Less and Cauazin’s importance at Tokyo where Aspas actually has to 1v1 good jett players like derke or maybe an apac surprise like foxy9.
yay had to rely on a agent that when removed hurt alot of players so i’m basing it of jett pretty much
if they add a couple agents by next year and the meta completely changes and aspas and/or loud underperform are yall gonna say they washed? answer is yes some of you will (some wont obv but that's not the point)
People need to look back at yay’s stats during champions and see what a real undeniable best in the world looks like
Thank God some one remembers those stats. His fk/fd ratio, KDA, ACS were absurdly high. He had like a 1.8 KD at one point during champs
Nah, Aspas > yay prime.
