So every year, there will be additional of one team in franchising right? Can they remove dogshit teams who are not willing to make any changes like EG and replace with another team?

You don't have to be chronically online to know what franchising is. It's in sports across the world.
i’m sure riot reserves the right to kick them out in their contract, and with the recent EG corporate stuff they might, who knows, but I don’t think they would on performance alone
the teams have a contract for X amount of years to be able to compete in each league
whoever wins ascension gets ADDED as an extra team to the league and has a 2 year contract (the team will be partnered for 2024 and 2025)
also teams who are bad rn can just sign and kick players when the transfer windows are open so it doesnt matter
Im pretty sure all the current teams have contracts for 4 years or around that, a team is unlikely to be kicked unless some serious competitive integrity issues arise i assume
